These Intentions are inspiration for our activities and practices.

Responsibility: Taking responsible for our words, our thoughts, our emotions, our actions.

Respect: Respect of diversity of life forms and point of view. Listen, Share, Create
by respecting Harmony. -
Kindness: Moving out of fight. Offering gentleness, kindness instead.

Reciprocity: Working together as a group for the group. Sharing ideas, wisdom, creativity, qualities
and resources with others. -
Expansion: Letting our full potential of love and consciousness expand. Spreading its fragrance to all.

Founders
The founders of the AYNI Kaula are responsible for the final decision making process. They aim to integrate the Principles in their work. Feedback from community members in various forms is a main key to inspiring harmonious choices.

Core Staff
Collaborates with the founders on decisions, planning and activities. Responsibilities vary per person based on mutual agreement and desired involvement.

Team Leaders
During AYNI Kaula gatherings the team leaders coordinate co-creators. Teams include Cooking Food, Serving Food, Dishwashing, Buildup, Build down, Cleaning. Additional teams can be created depending on the circumstances and the nature of the event. Team Leaders communicate regularly and directly with core staff or the founders.

Co-creators
Members that dedicate some of their time and energy to serve the community. Each co-creator has their own specific responsibilities which are coordinated and overseen by team leaders. In case of disagreement core staff or the founders can come to aid to find harmony and new solutions.

Facilitators
People that offer activities that are part of our practices. These people are invited to gatherings by founders and/or core staff. Artists and facilitators are also very welcome to join the AYNI Kaula, but do not need to in order to offer their expertise or activity.

Members
People that have joined the AYNI Kaula. Joining is official when a member has registered through our registration form on this website.

Supporters
The AYNI Kaula exists because of the contributions of people. Even if you are not a member, you can still support our cause. People that are interested in this option can contact us through the contact form on this website.
Membership
Everybody can join the AYNI Kaula. The membership fee is €5,-. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us directly through the contact form.
Members can be approached to contribute actively to the community, but members are always free to say yes or no. By joining the church you agree to receive our occasional newsletter and invitations to our gatherings. You can at any time unsubscribe from our newsletters or other forms of (digital) communication.

Diversity
Everybody can join the Ayni Kaula, regardless of age, sexual orientation, skin color, gender, education, wealth, health.

Colabaration
We collaborate with people who have the same Intentions than us.
We join our actions, activities with organisations carrying the same Intentions than us. In this way, we share and empower on another.
 One main organisation we are in collaboration with at the moment is the Kaula Heart of All.

Marketing
The Ayni Kaula does not engage in paid marketing activities on social media platform such as Facebook or Google, or television, radio or newspapers. The AYNI Kaula website is the main portal. We believe people will find us through what we do and who we are.

​Safety and Harmony
We stand for a safe environment and atmosphere. If a situation is unsafe or too out of harmony, Founders and Core Staff can decide to expel members. Reasons for expelling members have to be severe. Examples include violent speech, disrespectful behaviour, inability to contain destructive emotions or behaviour.

​Personal Responsibility
You are invited to co-create by respecting the (subtle) boundaries of others and to be clear about your own boundaries as well to others. We do our best to create the most nourishing environment for you, but you are responsible for your actions and your personal well-being and health, both physical as well as mental. The church is not responsible for any experienced psychological or physical harm during our gatherings.

​ Physical Locations
Gatherings of the AYNI Kaula will take place in the Netherlands and abroad. Any kind of building can be rented for gatherings.
